Last updated: October 8, 2026 · Schexit is operated by JKB Innovations ("we", "us").
Schexit provides workforce scheduling, shift-swap, and time-tracking software to companies ("Customers") and their invited employees ("Users"). By creating an account or using Schexit you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for your sign-in credentials and for the accuracy of information you submit. Company owners and managers are responsible for who they invite and the roles they grant.
Schedules, punches, and workforce records belong to the Customer whose workspace they live in. We process them only to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. The Customer is responsible for complying with employment, scheduling, and wage-hour laws that apply to its workforce — Schexit is a tool, not legal advice, and timecards should be reviewed before payroll use.
No unlawful use, no attempting to access other companies' data, no reverse-engineering, no interfering with the service, and no submitting false time records. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Features may change as the product evolves; material changes to paid features will be communicated to Customers.
Free features are free. Paid plans, when introduced, will be governed by the pricing in effect at purchase and billed to the Customer, never to individual employees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts the Customer paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including scheduling errors, missed shifts, or payroll discrepancies.
Customers may stop using Schexit at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections 3, 7, and 9 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which JKB Innovations is organized. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Questions: hello@schexit.com.
